Growth forecast for the third quarter: +22%, and significant new export customers

Pentalog is expecting a 22% growth for the third quarter, and similar or even better performance for the fourth quarter. In any case, Pentalog is going to rank among the most dynamic computer services company in Europe for 2006 and estimates its annual sales figure to overshoot 3M € with a staff of about 100 people (among which 75 in the offshore area: Romania and Moldova).

This performance was reached thanks to two important points:

- the export sales strategy: new deals have been won in Belgium and Romania

- the proportion of new service offers in the fields of outsourced R&D and BPO. The efforts taken to expand the company’s offer were fruitful, since those services now account for 18% of the company’s manpower, only after a few months.

This shows management’s determination to go on turning intentions into decisions and turning decisions into action.

With the creation of new service ranges and a growth rhythm which is much higher than the average figures in this sector, Pentalog offers its employees good carrier opportunities. The number of “real” consultants, project managers and executives doubled between June 2005 and June 2006. In 75% of the cases these positions are reached by internal promotions.
