There
we go again: in a few days (4th to 9th March),
Pentalog will be exhibiting at CeBit for the third
consecutive year. This time, visitors will find
us in hall number 4, booth A54, next to some of
the biggest IT actors in the world.
This announcement is a good opportunity
to have a look back at the results of Pentalog’s
former participations in this IT trade show and
more globally at the company’s efforts to
develop international business. The English and
German website www.pentalog.biz,
associated with regular multilingual e-mailing
campaigns efficiently contributed to building
a European image and a broad network of contacts,
customers and partners all over Europe.
German trade shows (CeBit, in
Hanover and Systems, in Munich) proved to be an
interesting acceleration factor for this development.
The strength of these world-famous professional
events lie in the diversity of opportunities they
offer: one comes to Germany and meets people also
coming from Scandinavia, Cyprus, the UK, Australia,…!
CeBit 2006 was the start of an amazing partnership
between Pentalog and Dmailer, a very dynamic company
supported by an offshore team of 8 persons based
in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. Then at Systems
2006, Pentalog met OSB, an IT engineering company
from Munich, leading to a collaboration which
has now lasted for more than 6 months.
Now Pentalog has taken another step forward: the
German subsidiary « Lasnier & Popa GmbH
(Pentalog group) » is being created and
will be operational in April 2008. This decision
is the result of the take-over by Pentalog of
the Romanian IT outsourcing company Carpath Software,
which was acting on the German-speaking market.
Carpath’s former C.E.O. Mr. Mircea
Popa is a very experienced salesman who has
been working in Germany for many years. He is
going to be Lasnier und Popa’s Managing
Director and his main task will be to expand the
group’s offshore activities in Germany and
Austria. It is again at CeBit 2006 that Mr. Popa
met Pentalog’s C.E.O. Frédéric
Lasnier for the first time.
The group’s European development
strategy is now into its stride since Pentalog
permanently sells its services in Germany, Belgium,
Austria, Switzerland, Romania, Moldova and France,
and occasionally in some other countries. With
the English
Pentablog as well as the English recruitment
blog which is soon going to be launched, Pentalog
will even strengthen its global position in the
next months. Then why not think of new business
relationships with the United Kingdom, the Netherlands,
or the USA…? |
